CSAT: New Handout for Providers to Share with Families

BHT Providers are now receiving monthly customer satisfaction score (CSAT) results. Many providers have asked about how clients receive the CSAT survey and how they can be encouraged to complete it. The BHPN has created a handout/flyer that providers could share with families to help them better understand the importance of completing the CSAT, as well as to help identify it in their inbox. By having the conversation about the importance of completing the survey, we can strive for an increased response rate.
