Logging In & Signing Up

New to the Provider Portal or need to reset your password? Visit our Technology FAQ page for troubleshooting. You can also reach out through the Contact Us page and a member of our IT team will be in touch with you.

Tech Support & Security

If you need assistance with the portal or your account, or if you feel there may be a breach in security, please use this form to contact us, and a member of our support team will be in touch with you.

Requesting an Accommodation

While we have designed the Provider Portal with accessibility in mind, we understand that some users may require additional accommodations. If you are unable to sufficiently access any of the materials within the Provider Portal, please send a request through the Contact Us page to have it addressed.

Calendar & Events

All Provider Portal users have access to our Events and Event Calendar. We’ve made it easier for you to search for upcoming events and meetings (including links), see what’s coming up in each month as either a calendar or list and even join directly from your phone or computer from the Provider Portal.

To export events: Click the Export Events button under the calendar to download the .ics file. Then, open the file with your email system to import the events to your calendar.

Industry Resources & Clinical Documents

All Provider Portal users have access to our Industry Resources section, where all current report templates, toolkits and guidelines are housed. You can even search right from this section, making it easier than ever to locate the exact document you need. With page preview available, you can make sure you’re downloading the right document. News Feed & Articles

All Provider Portal users have access to the News Feed and our Articles section. The News Feed automatically pins all new articles, reports, new events, announcements and more to the top so you can see the latest information at any time. In the Articles section, you can read and search for content that is relevant to behavioral health and the BHPN. For questions about Articles or to submit a topic, please reach out through the Contact Us page and a member of our Communications team will be in touch with you.

Access to Pages

Not all users have the same access to the Provider Portal, so the portal will look different depending on what role you have. For example, executive directors will have access to pages that practitioners do not, such as billing.
