Provider Portal FAQs
What is the Provider Portal?
The BHPN’s new Provider Portal is an internal website for providers to view and submit offers on referrals, access industry resources, interact with BHPN teams, and have visibility into upcoming events and important announcements.
Will all provider companies in the BHPN be in the Provider Portal?
Yes. All provider companies within the BHPN’s network will have access to the Provider Portal.
How does the Provider Portal change the referral process? What changes may impact me?
We will no longer be sending an Excel version of the daily referral list. Instead, the referrals will be presented in the client placement application of the BHPN Provider Portal by 9:00 am every day. Individual email notifications of referral matches have been replaced by notifications in the client placement application of the BHPN Provider Portal. This list of assigned referrals will be made available Monday – Friday after 3:00 pm.
What is the News Feed?
Your News Feed on the Provider Portal homepage will provide you with news, updates, upcoming events and other important announcements.
Can I see a full list of upcoming meetings and events?
You bet! You can see dates and times for meetings and events by month in the Calendar in your green menu, or by browsing through the teal Events tile to the right of your News Feed.
How do I log in to the Provider Portal?
You can log in to the Provider Portal 24/7 through the BHPN’s website (www.theBHPN.org) using the green Login button at the top of the screen.
