The BHPN is Simplifying the Facility Check Process!

If you have a site or location that will provide in-person services to any BHPN clients, you can now get that site registered with the BHPN via an online tool. To start this process, please email [email protected] and they will provide you a link to access the tool.

The online tool is a survey tool, much like the annual audit, in which you will answer questions about your clinic. With the tool, you can also upload two required documents: proof of insurance that states the clinic is insured and the BHPN listed as an additional insured, and a successful external health & safety inspection report.

Upon completion of the survey, our teams will be notified. We will review your response to ensure it meets our requirements, and your facility will be added to your account with the BHPN. If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected]!
